Candi Borobudur

Borobudur temple is located in the northwest of Yogyakarta and around 40 km to the trip by car or motorcycle.

Form of Borobudur Temple is stratified and consists of 10 levels, namely:
Six lower-level part is shaped squares
Three level above has a form of circle
One level is the highest form of a statue of Buddha

Each level is a symbol of the stages of human life, symbolizing that everyone who wants to reach the level of Buddha should be through all levels of life.

Borobudur temple is often used as a place to celebrate the Day Waisak. Waisak is one of the Buddhist feast.
